Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Qualifications- Experience: 3 years of team leadership experience in high-speed distribution or manufacturing; experience in the food/beverage industry is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and familiarity with OSHA regulations, HACCP, and GMPs.
- Food Safety Expertise: In-depth understanding of sanitation, food safety practices, and ERP systems such as SAP.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated abilities in cost management, problem-solving, and multitasking. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively utilize KPIs and data analysis. - Education: High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee multiple production lines, focusing on achieving excellence in manufacturing performance. Your responsibilities include motivating and developing a diverse workforce, fostering teamwork, and driving continuous process improvements. Key areas of focus include prioritizing safety, optimizing process efficiency, ensuring quality assurance, and meeting customer expectations.
Responsibilities- Leadership & Development: Lead and inspire a diverse workforce in a complex food manufacturing facility. Provide training, coaching, and clear direction to ensure team success.
- Performance Management: Drive the achievement of departmental and facility goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost through strong leadership and technical expertise.
- Process Optimization: Maximize the efficiency of production equipment and processes, advocating for continuous improvement initiatives to exceed production standards.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and teamwork through effective communication and conflict resolution, particularly within a unionized environment.
- Team Communication: Conduct regular team meetings to share organizational changes and policies, and provide fair, constructive performance feedback.

Collaboration:
Facilitate effective information sharing across teams and monitor budgetary performance to meet business objectives. - Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, operational standards, and safety regulations. Manage shifts and meetings as required to maintain smooth operations.
