Tool & Die Making Supervisor (Level
3)

• Provide direct supervision of personnel responsible for tasks related to Tool Manufacturing.
• Coordinate Tool Manufacturing activities in Tooling, 6S/Clean Team, Team and Tool Control.
• Supervise employees responsible for Tool Manufacturing activities, coordination of employee training, work assignments, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide direction to employees using established policies and procedures.

Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

• Tooling experience - fabrication of tools, building of jigs and fixtures, template and pattern making, and/or model building.
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing processes and procedures required.

• Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple departments.
• Operating Systems, SAP, SFM, QUADS, CAPP'S, & MAXIMO.
• 6S Principles.
• Supervises employees involved in the fabrication of tools, building of jigs and fixtures, template and pattern making, and model building.
• Background knowledge with laser trackers and SA software.
• Flexibility to work any shift.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
