We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced fabrication artisan to join our team. This is a full‑time, hands‑on role that requires mastery of TIG welding and the ability to build intricate aluminum assemblies from blueprint to finished product.

• Build, modify, and repair complex structures and assemblies from raw materials, sketches, or blueprints, focusing on aluminum.
• Execute high‑quality TIG welds on various gauges and types of aluminum.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications, calculate dimensions and plan layouts for metal components.
• Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and adheres to shop safety protocols.
• Maintain and calibrate welding and shop equipment.

• Extensive experience as an aluminum fabricator, not just a welder, including designing, cutting, and fitting complex components.
• High proficiency in TIG welding (GMAW/MIG is a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Fort Worth, TX.
• Expert knowledge of metal properties, strong blueprint reading ability, excellent mathematical aptitude for layout work.
