Operator - Bag Machine responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring bag machinery to meet customer and production goals, ensuring product quality and production efficiency.

• Safely sets up, operates, and monitors bag machinery and equipment as intended to meet customer and production goals.
• Completes bag machine setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met.
• Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work in progress regulations.
• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and performs routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently.
• Trains and provides guidance to machine assistants and new crew members.
• Keeps machinery and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging, and cleanliness requirements.
• Completes all necessary documentation for internal or external use.
• Effectively works with other departments or team members, such as machine technicians, supervisors, and quality control inspectors, to coordinate production activities and address any potential issues as they arise.
• All other duties as assigned.
