What you’ll do
  • Operate and adjust beverage production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality output.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions, rotating through stations as needed to meet production goals.
  • Monitor line performance, identify potential issues, and communicate promptly with maintenance or leadership to resolve them.
  • Partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and reliable operations.
  • Stay adaptable — learn multiple lines and equipment to provide coverage where needed most.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in every task.
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and teamwork, with consistent attendance and engagement on shift.
What you’ll bring
  • A proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and take on new technical skills with confidence.
  • Comfort working with modern production technology and a curiosity to understand how equipment and systems operate.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively across teams and shifts.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for different shifts, weekends, or overtime as production needs evolve.
  • A team‑first mindset — you collaborate openly, support your coworkers, and help maintain a positive, productive environment.
  • A commitment to safety and quality, ensuring every product meets high standards and every task is completed with care.
  • The ability to work efficiently and with precision, even in a fast‑paced, hands‑on manufacturing setting.

  • Ability to perform hands‑on, physically active work for extended periods — up to 12‑hour shifts.
  • Frequently and repetitively lift, push, or carry up to 35 lbs as part of daily operations.
  • Able to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout long production shifts.
  • Comfortable performing a range of movements such as bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and climbing, sometimes in tight or elevated spaces.
  • Capable of climbing and maintaining balance on ladders, platforms, or other elevated work areas when required.
  • Able to detect process or safety issues through sight, touch, and hearing, and respond appropriately to signals or alarms.
  • Skilled in handling tools and fasteners accurately and efficiently within expected production cycle times.
  • Willing to work around common industrial materials and follow all safety and waste‑handling procedures.
  • Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) — including safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, bump caps, or respirators — and adhere to all company safety standards.
Why Join Very Good
  • Be part of a rapidly growing company that's disrupting beverage manufacturing.
