Director of Maintenance

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Maintenance, located in Fort Worth, TX. The Director of Maintenance will oversee all facility operations, including daily maintenance and repairs, the coordination and management of facility systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, maintaining equipment and systems, managing inventory, and working closely with management to address facility needs.

The role requires a proactive approach to maintain a safe and efficient environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

• Strong supervisory skills to effectively lead and manage a maintenance team
• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair and Carpentry, including the ability to assess and perform repairs as needed
• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Maintenance Management to ensure smooth operations and compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in facility management
• Ability to work on-site and dedicate full-time effort to the role
• Prior experience in senior living or similar community settings is a plus
