Nurse Manager; Fort Worth Outpatient Mental Health Clinic - EDRP Authorized

The Nurse Manager (NM) position is for the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (MHC) in Fort Worth. The NM will work in conjunction with the Outpatient MHC Team Leaders and will report to the MH Director of CBOC Operations. The NM will plan, organize, and direct administrative and operational tasks, and oversees patient and personnel activities of the Outpatient MHC and Opioid Replacement Clinic.

• Coordinate interdisciplinary staffing, work assignments, resource allocation, treatment services, and management/implementation of metrics such as MBC, SAIL, and suicide prevention.
• Serve as the designated first-line supervisory authority and be responsible and accountable for the 24/7 operation of their assigned units and provide coverage for other NMs as needed.
• Engage in professional organizations to enhance leadership and career growth.
• Adhere to ethical principles in decision-making, foster accountability at personal, organizational, and staff levels.
• Equip staff with tools for culturally competent care and promote a culture of accountability for high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
