Who You Are
You will be a Global Supply Chain, Material Program Manager, Senior Staff member; seasoned across a range of supply chain management, program management, project management, and leadership skills on classified programs.
What You Will Be DoingThe Material Program Manager (MPM) is responsible to the Program for coordinating the successful execution of material strategies for all aspects of cost, quality, schedule, and delivery performance within a specific line of business program office. They facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to identify and resolve roadblocks and drive actions to closure with accountability. The MPM team works laterally across all global supply chain teams and across Lockheed Martin functions to meet program objectives.
The role is crucial in representing Global Supply Chain within the program and coordinating the execution of material strategies to achieve program goals.

Further Information About This OpportunityThis position is located in Fort Worth, TX or Palmdale, CA. The role requires special access; you must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret Clearance.
Basic Qualifications- Experience in formal project management methodologies, systems analysis tools, processes, and methods.
- Experience preparing data/metrics/charts for and presenting to Executive Leadership and/or external customers.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or at least 13 years of professional experience in a Supply Chain Management related field.
- Program management experience.
- Experience with Truth and Negotiation Action (TINA) and commercial contract FAR guidelines.
- Experience negotiating contracts to closure and giving detailed status of negotiations in process, to Executive Leadership and External Customers.
- Experience developing long‑term strategies (e.g., financial planning, leading a team, corrective action, process improvements).
- Experience working in SAP and other Supply Chain systems, tools and analytics.
- Experience with demand reconciliation.
- Experience as a Team Lead for procurement and/or sourcing teams.
This position requires a U.S. Citizen and a government security clearance; clearance level is Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
Pay RateThe annual base salary range is $122,900 - $216,660 for most states, $141,300 - $244,835 for major metropolitan areas. (Summary; detailed range may vary by location.)
