Fort Worth/Dallas, TX

Contract:

Initial 12 Month Contract + intent to extend

Target start:
Mid February

Onsite requirement: 5 days/week in Dallas/Fort Worth (local or willing to relocate)

• 5+ years managing complex, time‑sensitive programs
• Experience overseeing multiple work streams
• Ability to challenge assumptions and provide objective oversight
• Biopharma + medical device background preferred
• Manufacturing experience (process improvement, NPI, tech transfer)
• Strong analytical and risk management capabilities
• Strategic planning, budgeting, communication, leadership
• PMP/PMI certification required

• Manage and oversee complex programs with time‑sensitive deliverables
• Coordinate multiple work streams and ensure alignment with program goals
