  • Contract Administration: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on the project.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Bell health and safety standards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, including status reports on schedule, budget, and key milestones.
  • Problem Solving: Address project challenges promptly, working with all parties to resolve issues effectively and maintain progress.

  • Working knowledge of design and construction management principles, methods, and practices with ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
What you need to be successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements and strong commitment to quality, safety, and ethical practices.

  • 120 hours of Vacation time.
  • 12-13 paid holidays per year.
  • 6 weeks of parental leave.
  • On‑site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and license counselor.
  • Access to more than 11 Employee Resource Groups.
