OverviewAs part of the Integrated Systems & Partnerships IFG/AMMM Supply Chain Management (SCM) Organization, you will lead subcontract management for IFG/AMMM subcontracts with Northrop Grumman. In this role you’ll manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance; provide guidance to team members; and collaborate with leadership to reach team and organizational goals.
Responsibilities- Prepare requests for proposals, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and develop cost/price analysis.
- Negotiate contracts, create and maintain purchase orders, and document contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands.
- Communicate across multiple functions within Lockheed Martin.
- Lead and engage a direct team of members through regular engagement and support.
- Experience training and leading other team members.
- Experience working independently and in a collaborative, team‑based environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional InformationPart‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
