WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead all preconstruction efforts for Oline’s Fort Worth market and support long-term growth strategy.
• Build and mentor a strong preconstruction team while establishing consistent processes and best practices.
• Oversee conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, design coordination, and constructability reviews.
• Partner with owners, architects, and internal teams to align project goals, evaluate options, and mitigate risks.
• Lead proposal development, presentations, and major project pursuits to strengthen Oline’s presence in DFW.
• Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, cost analysis, and GMP development.
• Ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to operations while driving innovation in tools and workflows.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with a strong background in estimating and preconstruction.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex pursuits simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, design phases, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to clients and internal leadership.
• Experience in projects such as commercial, industrial, mixed‑use, tilt‑wall, higher ed, or similar.
• A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset aligned with Oline’s values of ownership, accountability, and partnership.
