  • Managing team strategy development and execution for client and industry analysis.
  • Assisting in interviewing, hiring, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members.
  • Providing direct reports with meaningful coaching including regular training and feedback.
  • Conducting bi‑weekly 1:1s and performance reviews focused on career path planning for direct reports.
  • Providing oversight of the group’s daily execution of campaigns and client relationship management.
  • Facilitating and coordinating campaign execution between all clients.

  • Solution‑oriented approach to challenges and opportunities.
  • Positive attitude in a challenging environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the online advertising industry, industry participants, trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with a demonstrated history in client satisfaction.
  • High motivation to excel, with a strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Dependability in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
