We’re partnering with a well‑established aerospace technology organization that designs and delivers highly engineered systems for commercial and defense applications. Known for technical excellence, disciplined program execution, and long‑standing customer relationships, this company operates in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment where precision and collaboration matter.
This role is responsible for driving strategic sales growth by identifying new opportunities, managing a structured sales pipeline, and building trusted relationships across the aerospace ecosystem—including OEMs, MROs, agents, and key industry partners. You’ll work closely with internal engineering, operations, finance, program management, and executive leadership to align technical solutions, pricing, and customer needs.
What You’ll Do- Develop and manage a disciplined sales funnel to support forecasting and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business through targeted outreach, networking, and market intelligence
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate cross‑functionally to develop technical specifications, proposals, and pricing strategies
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals aligned with company goals and policies
- Ensure all sales activities follow established NPI and phase‑gate program management processes
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and provide regular pipeline and forecast reporting
- Represent the organization at aerospace industry events and trade shows
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent aerospace industry experience
- Aerospace sales experience (commercial and/or military); pilot or avionics exposure is a plus
- Proven success driving revenue through strategic account development and relationship building
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical aerospace information
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Results‑oriented, self‑directed, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Remote opportunity available for the right candidate within a specific geographic region
- Requires flexibility, strong time management, and availability to support customers across time zones
