Changeover Crew; PT

Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part-time Changeover Crew position. This role is responsible for performing routine conversions of concert staging, basketball flooring, hockey dashers/ice builds, Arena seating configurations/systems, and other various events.

• Responsible for the physical setup of all areas around the Arena, including flooring, chairs, tables, walls, staging, furnishings, and equipment, including ice, basketball, other sporting events, and concert staging set‑ups
• Set‑up and break‑down of retractable and telescopic Irwin Seating System
• Actively cares for all arena equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of property
• Maintain organized storage areas assigned
• Respond and resolve set‑up issues promptly as directed by fellow staff and management
• May be required to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts, and floor scrubbers
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred and/or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a manual labor position in public assembly facilities
• Any experience and/or training in the public assembly facility management industry is a plus
• Must have a Texas motor vehicle license
• Demonstrate knowledge of practices and procedures related to typical methods and techniques for conversions and maintaining the facility equipment, and proper use and care of hand and power tools
• Demonstrate ability to carry out tasks in a reliable, productive, and expedient manner, and be able to adhere to strict deadlines
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including – nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

• Employees will work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Employees must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up 50 lbs.
• Employees will regularly spend their shift standing/walking, traveling stairs, with limited to no sitting.
• Employees may be exposed to high noise levels and/or fluctuating lights in event settings.
• Employees may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and heights.
• Employees must have the ability to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift.
• Employees may be exposed to hazardous chemicals, electrical shock risks, and vibrations throughout the shift.

• During the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo (Mid‑January through early February), there will be opportunities for significant consecutive‑day shifts ranging from 8 am – 8 pm
