The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Upfitting division – Blue Mound, TX. Pay: $20 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday.

Hours:

Flexible day shift. Maximum 32 hours per week. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• What will you do?
• Pick up and deliver vehicles from one shop lot to another.
• Receive vehicles using a computerized tablet, note as unidentified and report out status.
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately.
• Familiarity with basic automotive maintenance tasks, such as tire pressure checks and fluid top‑ups/Jumping vehicles etc.
• Applies basic technical skills and knowledge to complete assigned work.

• A desire to be outside 90% of the day, year‑round.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure positive experiences and effective resolution of inquiries or concerns.

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.00 – $25.40 USD per hour.
