Maintenance Technician

We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus but will train.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Maintain the grounds clean.
• Must be able to go on ladders to access vents, bulbs, and the like.
• Reliable Transportation.

Benefits:

• Pay rate $14.50 / hour
• Monday - Friday 1st/2nd shift available
