About the Position

Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, with major holidays off. We offer the highest pay for cleaning in the area – starting at $16.00 ($19 hr with weekly tips & bonus) plus travel time.

No experience required; we provide a computer‑based learning system and a two‑week training program with hands‑on instruction from experienced trainers.

• Work Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. No nights or weekends.
• Receive a two‑week training and participate in our Detail‑Clean Rotation System, proven effective in more than 20 million cleans across North America.
• Travel to different homes each day, working with a partner to complete all cleaning tasks.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Engage in light lifting (less than 15 lbs) and stay on your feet all day; this is a physically demanding position.
• Exceed customer expectations by performing thorough, quality cleanings while staying within schedule.
• Collect tips and weekly bonuses as part of compensation.

• Age 18 years or older.
• Pass a background check.
• Have a reliable car with valid insurance.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Show a positive, team‑oriented attitude and take pride in your work.
• Be willing to learn and adapt to our training program.
• Be able to stand and move for extended periods in a clean‑room environment.
