* Summary:

** The Building Technician II will perform schedule/ unscheduled and preventive maintenance and repairs to include plumbing and pipe systems, electrical, mechanical, building automation and controls. Document work daily and assist other department staff in various duties.

Education & Experience:

* High School Diploma or GED with three plus (3+) years' experience.
* Technical or College considered in place of Years of Experience.
* General Commercial/Industrial Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC & Computer knowledge required.
* Troubleshooting skills in Electrical, HVAC and knowledge of Building Automation Systems a plus.

Certification/Licensure:
* Type I or II EPA certifications is preferred.

Hours:

* ** Tuesday to Saturday**: 7:00am to 3:30pm
