HOA Facilities Porter

Management is looking for an experienced HOA Facilities Porter. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands‑on and helping residents. The Porter is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all community facilities community, including buildings, landscaping, parking lots/structures, trash areas and common areas.

Position Summary
  • Upkeep of grounds by picking up trash/debris, performing basic cleaning duties, and select landscape maintenance for amenities, building exteriors, community office, parking lots and other community buildings.
  • Assists in routine maintenance and repairs of community facilities
Qualifications
  • Maintenance

    Experience:

    2 years (Preferred)
  • Certification in maintenance technician areas, including plumbing and pool maintenance (Preferred)
  • Available to work full‑time hours, five days per week
