Industrial Electrician - Worth

Molson Coors is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join the Maintenance Team in the Packaging Department at our Fort Worth Brewery. The role supports the team in routine operation and maintenance of critical equipment, ensuring efficient performance with minimal breakdowns.

Starting pay is $39.38/hr, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Set up, adjust, time, troubleshoot, replace, and program electrical equipment using ladder logic, electrical prints, and schematics.
• Dismantle, inspect, and rebuild electrical assemblies to ensure conformance to specifications and production requirements.
• Perform predictive and corrective maintenance during planned maintenance windows and unplanned downtime events.
• Conduct root cause analysis/ break‑down elimination activities for all failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide technical support to management, engineers, and contractors/project teams as required.

• At least four (4) years of industrial maintenance experience in a high‑speed manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED; minimum age 21.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, installing devices, and terminating connections based on diagrams.
• Proficiency with Wonderware, Modicon, and Allen‑Bradley devices.
• Experience troubleshooting and installing VFDs and electric motors.
