Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

• Pay range of $20 to $27 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Monthly bonus program depending on tech attendance
• An additional monthly bonus for obtainable revenue goals
• Paid raise following paid training completion
• Direct four-week path to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
• Paid holidays and paid time off
• Wellness, mileage, and tool stipend provided
• Weekly team meetings with breakfast provided

• Experience with fiberglass and/or composite materials is a plus
• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
