Items Analyst - Level 2

Description

You will be the Items Analyst - Level 2 for the Supply Chain team which is responsible for ensuring timely ordering, replenishment, and repair of program assets.

As the Items Analyst - Level 2, you will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end flow of spares and repairs, coordinating with suppliers, and driving performance against contractual delivery windows.

• Provide supply chain management, including provisioning, storage, and transportation of program assets.
• Facilitate initial lay‑in of parts from non‑PBL suppliers for repair or modification.
• Generate purchase requisitions and monitor receipt of assets to start the Repair Turnaround Time clock.
• Track repair actions through completion and coordinate shipping documentation for repaired assets.
• Acquire and maintain data associated with each repair action for reporting and forecasting.

An analytical and collaborative professional with proven supply chain expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You thrive on coordinating complex asset movements, solving problems, and delivering results that impact program success.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related field OR combination of relevant experience and education.
• Previous experience in production and/or operations environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, and other related disciplines.
• Experience with Inventory Management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
