Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Holds at least 1 year of professional experience.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or items analyst from previous role or military experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a fast paced team and cross‑functional stakeholders.
As the Items Analyst Associate – Level 1 you will be responsible for driving the end‑to‑end management of spare parts, replenishment, and repair orders to meet contractual delivery schedules while supporting proposal development and project coordination.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Process and track orders for initial and replenishment spares, ensuring timely delivery within contractual time frames.
- Coordinate repair actions and manage status updates across ordering systems.
- Support proposal development with accurate inventory data and parts availability insights.
- Execute inventory management activities, including redistribution, re‑ordering, and asset movement planning.
- Collaborate with project teams to align spare part logistics with overall project schedules.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning tool.
- Supply Chain Management degree preferred.
- Experience with Inventory and Capital Control.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is a self‑starter and familiar with inventory management, financial, contracting, and product support activities.
- Exceptional organizational, administrative, and planning skills with prior experience managing complex tasks and suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
