The Global Supply Chain, Material Product Manager will drive material integration and execution for development, production, and sustainment of Lines of Business.

• Communicating material risks and issues to diverse internal and external customers.
• Driving system accuracy and resolving gaps to enable total system health.
• Implementing mitigation actions to increase material supportability.
• Leading interfaces for Production and Sustainment Part Number Risk Process, SIOP Gap Initiative, Production Shortage Reduction, and Sustainment Backlog Burndown.
• Working cross‑functionally to develop solutions and enable performance.

• Experience in Project Management.
• Experience in ERP System.
• Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas.
• Experience interfacing with Executive Senior Leadership.
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills; familiarity with JIRA/Tableau.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including executives.
• Desire to implement and lead change.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many overlapping projects simultaneously.
• Subject Matter Expert in Procurement, Shortage Mitigation, Demand Lifecycle, or MRP.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints.

Secret clearance required. Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an active Secret clearance.

Annual base salary range: $77,700 – $136,965 (varies by location). Pay is competitive and reflects the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
