• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and expectations.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule execution, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures 36–90 °F with sudden changes.
• Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Stand, walk and lift substantial weights during deliveries and in-store tasks.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying and pushing trays, climbing stairs.
• Reaching above 72” and reaching forward accurately.
• Eye‑hand coordination is essential; frequent use of forearms for pizza dough, handling pizza peel and cutting tools.

• Deliver product by car, drive to customers’ doors, deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Require valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.

• Navigate maps, locate addresses and handle adverse terrain with carrying products.
• Travel between store and vehicle and from vehicle to customer location; may climb stairs.
