Job Requirements and Duties- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
- Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.
- Ensure staff adhere to policies and expectations.
- Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule execution, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Skills:

- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- In-store temperatures 36–90 °F with sudden changes.
- Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Stand, walk and lift substantial weights during deliveries and in-store tasks.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying and pushing trays, climbing stairs.
- Reaching above 72” and reaching forward accurately.
- Eye‑hand coordination is essential; frequent use of forearms for pizza dough, handling pizza peel and cutting tools.
Job Duties
- Deliver product by car, drive to customers’ doors, deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Require valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
- Navigate maps, locate addresses and handle adverse terrain with carrying products.
- Travel between store and vehicle and from vehicle to customer location; may climb stairs.
