BCL Legal is partnering with a leading national litigation defense firm seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Fort Worth team. The Role

Working alongside experienced partners, you will manage a substantial caseload covering personal injury and other general defense litigation matters.

Responsibilities include:

- Drafting pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda

- Handling written discovery and dispositive motions

- Conducting legal research and preparing case evaluations

- Taking and defending depositions of parties and witnesses

- Attending mediations, hearings, and trials

- Collaborating closely with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel

The Candidate

- Minimum 3 years’ personal injury litigation experience on the defense side

- Strong research, analytical, and advocacy skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters effectively
