Robert Half is working with a leading legal team that is hiring for a Paralegal to advance their career as a Paralegal! We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to provide vital support to attorneys and legal staff in a fast-paced environment. This position is temp-hire and has great opportunity for growth within the organization. Responsibilities:

+ Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.

+ Draft, prepare, and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and discovery materials.

+ Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained.

+ Assist attorneys with case preparation, trial support, and managing schedules.

+ Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as required.

Requirements

+ Associate degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience.

+ Prior experience as a paralegal in corporate, litigation, or another legal setting preferred.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
