Our downtown Fort Worth Office has an opportunity for an additional paralegal to join our team with three or more years of experience. Paralegal certificate, preferred. Litigation experience, preferred.

Compensation: $75K to $90K annual salary depending on experience. 401K Plan. Paid garage parking. 12 PTO (any purpose) days. Approximately 10 paid additional holiday days.
This position does not include a health benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Drafting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and motions.
  • Case Management: Organizing and maintaining case files, managing deadlines, and tracking case progress.
  • Client Communication: Interacting with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case.
  • Trial Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of exhibits, witness binders, and other materials for trial.
  • Court Filings: Filing legal documents with courts and other relevant agencies.
  • Fact Gathering: Investigating and gathering facts relevant to a case.
  • Summarization: Summarizing depositions, testimony, and other legal documents.
  • Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

  • Preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Assisting with discovery.
  • Maintaining and updating legal databases.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
