Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. - Represent clients in litigation cases, including civil, employment, and insurance defense matters.

- Draft and file legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documentation to support case strategies.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal precedents to strengthen case arguments.

- Manage discovery processes, including gathering and reviewing evidence.

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies and solutions.

- Handle complex commercial, civil rights, and defense litigation cases with attention to detail.

- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations in all case proceedings.

- Prepare and present cases in court, demonstrating excellent advocacy skills.

Requirements - Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, employment, or insurance defense.

- Proven ability to draft high-quality legal documents, including motions and briefs.

- Strong academic background demonstrating exceptional analytical skills.

- Independently motivated with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.

- Capable of identifying challenges, analyzing problems, and implementing effective solutions.

- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
