The Debt Defenders by Ciment Law Firm, PLLC, a leading debt resolution and consumer protection law firm, is seeking a seasoned Bankruptcy Attorney (Team Lead – Chapter 7 & 13) to play a key leadership role within our practice.
In addition to representing clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters, this position provides hands‑on oversight of case workflow, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance from intake through discharge.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of bankruptcy experience or a proven track record of handling 300+ bankruptcy cases
.
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly PLUS annual bonus.
