Job Details

Experience:

• 3-5+ years Legal Admin/Assistant experience at a law firm
• Proficient in Word, Excel, e-filing and immigration forms software
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player but also be able to work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines and superior client service skills

Position Details:

• Supporting 2-3 Attorneys
• Frequent communication with clients
• Prepare immigration forms and correspondence for attorney review. Manage status of all filed applications
• Maintain confidential records
