Aboutthe Role
This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about immigration law and committed to helping individuals and businesses remain and flourish in the United States. You will collaborate closely with the managing attorney, work daily with a paralegal and an office clerk, and manage your own caseload with the support of a small but highly dedicated team. ResponsibilitiesCase Representation
- Represent non‑detained and detained individuals before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
- Prepare legal briefs, motions, and filings for a variety of immigration matters.
- Develop case strategy and prepare clients and witnesses for testimony.
- Conduct consultations and explain immigration concepts in clear, practical terms.
- Present strategic solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Visit detention centers to meet, interview, and assess detained individuals.
- Manage a full caseload with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
- Review immigration application packets and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain timely and organized communication with clients throughout their matters.
- Assign work to the paralegal and office clerk and provide appropriate supervision.
- Oversee preparation of immigration applications including removal defense, family‑based petitions, and business immigration filings.
- Collaborate with the managing attorney and broader firm team to support firm goals and client service standards.
- Licensed to practice law in the United States and in good standing.
- 1 to 2 years of immigration law experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong professional writing skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, One Drive, and Outlook.
- Comfortable engaging with clients and government officials.
- Team‑oriented, collaborative, and adaptable.
- High‑level interpersonal skills and a sincere interest in helping others.

- Starting salary offerings at $85,000 commensurate on experience, skill level, and independence of practice.

Full‑time hybrid position based in Fort Worth, Texas with a Monday through Friday schedule, three remote workdays, and two in‑office days each week.
