• Calculate insurance premiums by gathering pertinent information using different quoting engines.
• Communicate and present an insurance package to approximately 50–100 live clients each day.
• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution efficiently.
• Adhere to all contract, property, and insurance laws.
• Provide customer service to maintain a positive client‑advisor relationship.

• High School Diploma required;
  Undergraduate degree a plus.
• Life & Health License not required but preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving aptitude and a desire to succeed.
• Consultative sales approach: determine solutions for customers and problem‑solve in real time.
• Results‑oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
