This position resolves Ocean & Inland Marine claims by investigating losses, negotiating settlements, and presenting evidence in legal proceedings while maintaining adequate production and quality levels. He/She examines claim forms, policies and endorsements, and other records to determine coverages. This position investigates claims by interviewing the shipper, consignee, witnesses, and requests and obtains official reports.
