  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
  • Partner with departments to drive responsible adoption and behavior change.
  • Ensure AI initiatives align with security and data standards.
  • Track and communicate measurable outcomes tied to efficiency, cost reduction, or margin improvement.

Technology Enablement and Operational Efficiency

  • Partner with Operations, Preconstruction, Finance, and People teams to identify inefficiencies.
  • Improve workflows impacting schedule, cost control, and profitability.
  • Enable better reporting, data visibility, and decision‑making tools.
  • Support scalable growth without a proportional increase in overhead.
  • Tie technology initiatives directly to measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong business acumen with ability to evaluate technology investments based on ROI, scalability, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience managing and holding third‑party IT and security vendors accountable for performance, cost, and service delivery.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical solutions for non‑technical leaders and field teams.
  • Demonstrated success driving the adoption and sustained implementation of new systems and tools across multiple departments.
  • Leadership presence with the ability to influence through credibility, trust, and collaboration rather than authority.
  • Strategic and creative thinker capable of envisioning future‑state capabilities while designing realistic execution roadmaps.
