Content Library Managetoreverseeandoptimizeadigitalmarketingassetecosystem .Thisrolewillserveastheprimaryadministratorandgovernanceleadfordigitalassetmanagementplatforms,ensuringcontentisorganized,accessible,andalignedwithbrandstandards.

DAMand Share Point environments .
- Leadday-to-dayadministrationandcontinuousimprovementofthe
Digital
Asset Management(DAM) platform,including structure,permissions,standards,anduser experience - Conductregularcontentauditstoassessassetquality,duplication,outdated files,metadata integrity,andusagetrends;implement clean-upandoptimizationplans
- Establishandenforcegovernancestandardsincludingtaxonomy,tagging/metadata rules,naming conventions,andversioncontrol
- Manageassetintakeworkflows,ensuringpropermetadatacapture,file validation,andbrandapprovalsbeforepublishing
- Overseecontentlifecyclemanagementincludingarchiving,expiration tracking,andsunsettingoutdatedassets
- Maintainbestpracticesforfilemanagementacross
DAMand Share Point ,ensuringaclear“sourceoftruth” - Partnerwithcreative,brand,andchannelstakeholderstorecommendoptimizedcontentpackagesforsocial,web,email,andprint
- Developandmaintainchannel-readyassetkitstostreamlinecampaignexecution
- Createdocumentationsuchas
SOPs,playbooks,anduserguidesforassetrequest,storage,andusageprocesses - Trainandsupportinternaluserstoensureconsistentplatformadoption
- Monitorandreportonlibraryperformancemetricsandtranslateinsightsintosystemimprovements
- Coordinate with
ITAndplatformvendorsregardingenhancements,integrations,and troubleshooting - Ensurecompliancewithbrandstandards,licensing,andusagerights
- Supportadditionalprojectsanddutiesasneeded
- 3+yearsofexperienceincontentoperations,digitalasset management,contentlibrarymanagement,ormarketingproductiongovernance,metadata standards,permissions,and reporting
- Requiredexperiencewith Share Pointandpermission -basedaccessmanagement
- Strongunderstandingoftaxonomydevelopment,metadata systems,andscalableworkflowdesign
- Knowledgeofassetspecificationsacrosssocialmedia,web/CMS,email,andprintproduction
- Analyticalmindsetwiththeabilityto Leveragereportinginsightstoimproveperformanceandadoption
- Excellentorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail
- Strong cross-functionalcommunicationandstakeholdercollaborationskills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officeor Google Workspace ;familiarity with
Adobe,Figma,orsimilarcreativetoolsisaplus - Experienceinbrand-drivenenvironmentswherequalityandconsistencyarepriorities
- Bachelor’sdegreein
Marketing,Communications,Information Science,Library Science,Digital Media,orrelatedfieldpreferred(equivalentexperienceconsidered) - Minimumof3yearsofdirectexperiencein
