Key Responsibilities Partner with merchandising category business owners to provide analytics insights on business performance Define measurement frameworks and KPIs for business initiatives and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team on reporting Drive data literacy and foster a positive learning environment around analytics and data visualization
Required Qualifications B.S. or M.S. degree in a quantitative field 5+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role Highly skilled in writing and optimizing SQL queries for large data sets Experience building reports and dashboards in Power
BI Working knowledge of key analytics principles such as randomized control experimentation and cohort analysis
