Jr. Desktop Support Technician needed for a 1+ Month Contract in Fort Worth, TX!
Work Hours:
Mon – Fri, 10:30AM – 7:00PM
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. Desktop Support Technician to join our computer lab team.
As a Jr. Desktop Support Tech, you will:
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
- Support the IT team in managing network configurations and ensuring optimal performance.
- Help with the installation and updating of software applications.
- Maintain an organized and clean lab environment.
- Document and report any technical issues or malfunctions.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
- Move pallets and racks of equipment between logistics and lab
- Unbox and scan returned equipment
- Perform OEM diagnostics for returned devices
- Repair and clean used hardware
- Box and tape completed equipment
