Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Technician to join our computer lab team.

As an Associate Tech, you will:

Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.

Support the IT team in managing network configurations and ensuring optimal performance.

Help with the installation and updating of software applications.

Maintain an organized and clean lab environment.

Document and report any technical issues or malfunctions.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.

Move pallets and racks of equipment between logistics and lab

Unbox and scan returned equipment

Perform OEM diagnostics for returned devices

Repair and clean used hardware

Box and tape completed equipment

Required Skills:

Qualifications:
