• At least 4+ years of experience in test strategy and test design
• At least 4+ years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting
• At least 4+ years of experience in UFT
• Strong coordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Strong knowledge in UFT Automation and Java
• Hands‑on experience in developing a framework
• Ability to develop test scripts independently
• Experience in Groovy / Selenium / Geb‑Spock
• Experience in mainframes and web services testing
• Communication and analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
