Position Overview /Duties
The incumbent serves as the Program, Project, and Service Management Directorate Chief for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Enterprise Information Technology (G-6/USACE-IT). As a recognized expert in the field of IM/IT, supervises subordinates in reviewing all major MACOM IT programs and projects, technical plans, testing and evaluation, governance, data analyst, as well as asset management. Additionally, is fully responsible for the fiscal management of IM/IT resources within the Directorate.
In this capacity, the incumbent is responsible for preparing and managing IT investment portfolios; and, for allocating the material resources necessary to support program or policy implementation within the Directorate. Oversees procurement/contracting procedures and processes, and directs and coordinates logistical operations of those investments.

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD, Section 9905 to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in competitive service.
