Digital Product Manager

Overview

Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services company, is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Marketing to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable client and business outcomes.

The Product Manager for Digital Marketing will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the public website, CMS solutions, and related technologies. This role focuses on enabling scalable marketing automation, improving data segmentation, and supporting demand generation, cross-sell, and engagement journeys.

• Define and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned to measurable business outcomes
• Partner with marketing leadership, CX, and UX teams to conduct customer research and understand user needs
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation
• Write, present, and defend business cases for digital marketing product epics
• Document product requirements and artifacts to support development
• Ensure timely delivery of business-ready product releases
• Monitor product metrics, client satisfaction, and value realization
• Support sales and marketing with clear messaging and enablement
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams

• Bachelor’s degree required (experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
• 5+ years of product management experience across a full product lifecycle
• 5+ years of digital marketing industry experience
• Experience working effectively within Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hub Spot, and CMS solutions such as Kontent.
