We are looking for a talented Remote Product Designer to help design intuitive and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Position SummaryThe Product Designer will play a key role in our digital evolution by transforming business requirements and user needs into elegant, user-centered product designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver design solutions that support our guest experience and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design process from concept through execution across desktop and mobile platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify customer needs and validate design concepts
- Maintain a consistent brand experience across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define requirements and improve product usability
- Translate complex design challenges into clean, simple user interfaces
- Develop and maintain design documentation, component libraries, and style guides
- Use data and analytics to inform UX/UI decisions and recommend improvements
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and cross-functional design reviews
- Continuously explore industry trends and best practices to enhance design quality
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional product or UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Experience with user research, personas, and usability testing
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Strong understanding of interaction design and prototyping
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience designing eCommerce or digital ordering platforms
- Familiarity with design systems and component-driven UI
- Understanding of front-end development capabilities (HTML/CSS)
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food & beverage industries
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD
- Miro or Fig Jam for collaboration
- Slack and Zoom for communication
- Creative problem solver with design thinking mindset
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Strong time management and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
