About the RoleWe are hiring a Performance Validation ACCOUNT Manager (PV AM) to run a critical part of our growth engine.
Our agency specializes in paid social performance for telehealth and regulated offers. Before we scale any partner aggressively, we run a Performance Validation (PV) phase — a strict, data-driven sprint that proves whether an offer can scale profitably on Meta.
The PV PM owns this process end-to-end.
This is not a creative role and not a media buying role.
It is an execution, systems, and accountability role

- Manage PVs from sales handoff → onboarding → launch → testing → SAP delivery
- Enforce a fixed cadence:
- Onboarding starts on the 15th
- Ads launch on the 1st
- Spend completes over 4 weeks
- SAP delivered by the 7th of the following month
- Ensure no timeline drift, scope creep, or missed milestones
- Run a structured onboarding checklist in
- Complete the internal onboarding dossier within 48 hours of payment
- Schedule and lead a pre-onboarding intro call (before the 15th)
- Ensure partners deliver all required assets, access, and information on time
- PV Media Buyer (ad execution & tracking setup)
- PV Creative Strategist (UGC sourcing & creative strategy)
- External editing partner (via the Creative Strategist)
- Internal leadership (Head of Performance)
You do not do their jobs — you ensure they do them on time.
4. Launch Readiness & Quality Control- Verify ad account access, tracking access, and permissions
- Ensure tracking is validated before launch
- Confirm creative and testing requirements are met
- Block launches if readiness criteria are not satisfied
- Produce and send weekly PV performance reports (on schedule, every time)
- Track:
- Spend pacing
- Testing progress
- Risks and blockers
- Escalate issues early — no surprises
- Collect inputs from Media Buyer, Creative Strategist, and Head of Performance
- Compile the Strategic Account Plan (SAP)
- Deliver SAP to partner by the 7th
- Coordinate handoff to scaling team or cleanly close the PV
- Onboarding happens on time, every time
- Launches only happen when everything is ready
- Weekly reports are never late
- PVs finish on schedule
- SAPs are delivered on time
- Leadership is never surprised
- 2+ years experience in Project management, Operations, Agency delivery, Performance marketing support (preferred)
- Strong experience with (or similar PM tools), Slack, Google Drive, Extremely organized and deadline-driven, Comfortable enforcing rules and timelines, Clear, professional communicator, Able to manage multiple moving parts at once
- Experience working with Paid social teams
- Experience working with Media buyers
- Experience working with Creative teams
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, tracking platforms, or funnels
- Experience in performance or growth marketing agencies
