Windows System Administrator

My client, a leading private investment firm in Fort Worth, is seeking a entry-to-junior IT Systems & Network Engineer to support and maintain internal technology systems across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working directly with end users in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

You’ll join a small, highly collaborative IT team responsible for supporting everything from desktops and servers to network infrastructure and user applications.

• Network & Systems Administration:
  Design, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and Windows‑based server environments.
• Automation & Scripting:
  Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Security & Compliance:
  Manage endpoint protection, disaster recovery, backups, and access controls.
• Collaboration Tools & Support:
  Administer email systems, videoconferencing, and media production tools.
• Infrastructure Projects:
  Lead initiatives involving storage, virtualization, and office/home automation.
• Emerging Technologies:
  Explore and support the integration of AI tools and services into internal workflows and infrastructure.

BS Degree is required.
