This role is heavily focused on projects and cloud engineering, with exposure to Tier 3 escalation work and opportunities to step into leadership and project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud-first transformations
• Designing, deploying, and securing Azure-based environments
• New client onboarding and infrastructure deployments
• Server, network, and security implementations
• Advising C-level stakeholders on infrastructure strategy and security posture
• Acting as a technical lead on projects and assisting with project management
• Providing Tier 3 escalation support when needed

This role naturally evolves into Technical Lead, or Project/Architecture leadership depending on your strengths and career goals.

Technical Environment

You’ll be hands‑on across a modern MSP stack, including:

Systems & Cloud

• Windows Server & Roles
• Microsoft 365

Networking

• TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, NAT
• Wireless (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax)

Security & Compliance

• EDR, SIEM, RMM, Vulnerability Management
• Email Security, DNS Filtering, Application Control
• Bit Locker Encryption, Conditional Access
• MFA, SSO, PAM/PIM

Core Practices

• Backup, Continuity & Disaster Recovery
• Infrastructure design and implementation
