Position Title:
Sr. UX Architect

- Excellent wire framing skills (paper sketches to visually accurate clickable prototypes):
Create system and application concepts by defining information architecture, user interface flow, wireframes, mockups and other design guidelines. - Capacity to independently create wireframes on location during whiteboarding sessions with stakeholders. Solid understanding of data driven design activities, such as storyboarding and experience models, and experience using these strategies to create high quality designs.
- Excellent knowledge of UX patterns and best practices for various operating systems such as iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and Blackberry.
- Planning, conducting and leading in-house and on-field user research and data analysis; analyze customer research and competitor offerings to conceptualize and understand users.
- Planning, conducting and leading detailed heuristic evaluation of existing digital products and competitive benchmarking against competitors’ similar products. Direct multiple evaluators, normalize feedback and create heuristic evaluation reports and benchmarking reports independently.
- Effectively communicate research findings to client-side and development-side stakeholders and translate those findings into tangible functional requirements.
- Generate personas, user scenarios, and other user requirement artifacts based on data.
- Lead the design and creation of applications for desktop and mobile devices.
- Work with interaction designers and visual designers to refine visual interaction, promoting consistency and efficiency; collaborate with HTML prototyping experts to convert design ideas to click-through prototypes.
- Review work of software development team to implement the correct design.
- Tracking and status documentation for various UX design tracks throughout research, design and implementation phases of the SDLC.
- Proven ability to work closely with engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the product cycle.
- Elicit feedback from multiple sources and act as a change agent for the team.
- Negotiate appropriate turn-around time based on effort required.
- Meet aggressive deadlines and set accurate expectations and estimates for work tasks.
- Display excellent proficiency in conflict resolutions and consensus building.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Successfully quantify UX involvement into various separate work tracks and size count, effort estimation and profitability calculation.
- Lead the design and creation of applications for Desktop and mobile devices.
