As a key Solutions Architect on the Mercedes‑Benz Financial Services IT team, you will design and drive the implementation of next‑generation IT solutions, aligning with overall IT and business strategy. You work with a diverse team on the latest technologies to optimize business applications and customer experience.
Responsibilities- Design and drive the implementation of next generation IT solutions (40%).
- Oversee and address customer issues/tickets by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems (40%).
- Act as a consultant for new or existing technologies, processes, or solutions to support domain strategies and manage medium to large projects across multiple application domains (20%).

3+ years in Business (General), 5+ years in Information Technology.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree. Preferred:
