Location:
Anywhere in Country. EY’s Technology Operations Managed Services team (Tech Ops) supports large, complex managed service deals and aims to build the business into a significant EY solution, achieving target margins and driving innovative solutions.
- Deliver quality support and resolve issues within the context of key business processes.
- Contribute to initiatives that drive continuous improvement and standardization.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and operational level agreements established by service delivery.
- Run, maintain, and support technology projects post-transition and ensure successful deployment to the user community.
- Travel to client sites as needed and participate in client working sessions on a daily basis.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems, either functional or technical, preferably S/4
HANA, Rise, and/or Grow. - Experience managing SAP delivery teams; offshore experience and driving offshore delivery.
- Strong customer orientation and experience in customer support operations.
- Proficiency in ITIL-based application management and technology service management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and manage relationships.
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
- Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or running SAP projects (or both).
- Expertise in Application Management and knowledge of Agile terminology and methods.
- Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
- Understanding of Data Delivery and Management and Stakeholder Management.
- Familiarity with Technology Ecosystem Operations and Technology Service Management.
- Strong Troubleshooting and relationship-building skills; ability to establish client trust and deliver value.
- Digital fluency, emotional agility, and ability to work in Hybrid collaboration environments.
- Learning agility and driving outcomes-focused mindset.
- Experience managing technology projects and post-transition support.
- Track record of delivering quality support in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn individuals with strong analytical skills who can navigate complex challenges.
